About

Kirsten White

MC, Registered Psychologist

I am here to support you with healing, growth, and transformation. I specialize in working with people dealing with grief, trauma, and loss.  All ages are welcome to participate in this healing journey.

My training is mostly in experiential therapies that involve art, play, and movement. In combination with knowledge of attachment, neurobiology, and trauma, my philosophy on health is holistic. I work with you and your children in a holistic, culturally sensitive way to balance the body, mind, and spirit.
